Now that I know more about you and your company, we can find a marketing strategy that will set you up for success. This is where my marketing experience and knowledge will combine with your passion and goals. During this step, we will be working on...

  • Marketing Mix / 4Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotion

Step Three: building / re-vamping your brand

Let's take a look at your company's brand personality. If your company were a walking, living, breathing human being, what would they be like? List off some attributes (funny, serious, caring, reckless, etc...

  • This will help me formulate the sound, look and feel of all your integrated marketing communication (IMC)

  • Your brand's "person" should also match the needs and wants of your target market from Step 2.

So now that I know you, your company, your audience and your goals, we can now talk about how to achieve those goals! This is where I start making our Marketing Game Plan...

    • This is all about ensuring that your customers feel like they are getting the highest value from your product / service​

    • What little or non-expense-incurring benefits can we add?

    • How do we encourage referrals?

  • How we grow your clientele

    • This is the advertising side​, how we will attract new customers to your business

    • ex: Facebook / Instagram ads, email campaigns, trade shows, flyers, door-knocking, referrals, B2B arrangements, etc.​

Step Five: data analysis

Being a part of many of our own family-owned businesses, I understand the fear of spending money on advertising and fear that it won't yield the results you want. However, as an entrepreneur, you know that you must spend money in order to make money. As a marketing professional, I want to promise you and your budget that tracking data and analyzing your ROI is my specialty.

  • Before running any ads, before spending any money on marketing efforts, we will find your breakeven point and cost-per-conversion

  • It is imperative to me that you understand how your marketing dollars are being spent and justified.
